Come and join me in a one to one lesson, or if you prefer a small group of friends 3 - 4
people just let me know and I will arrange a date for you that is convenient.

You will make a selection of your own cupcakes from “scratch”. Learn how to add
flavourings, how to pipe buttercream swirls and use rolled fondant. Get lots of hints
and tips.

Or if you are a confident baker and would prefer just to learn how to decorate, again
I can tailor a lesson for you.
You will learn how to make fondant roses, use cutters and moulds to give your
cupcakes the “WOW factor", then take your prized cupcakes home in a gift box.
